Oros Joins Altergy Systems

SACRAMENTO, CA - February 11, 2002. Altergy Systems is pleased to announce that James M. Oros has joined Altergy as Vice President-Government Relations. Mr. Oros has 31 years of business development experience, the last 11 years in alterative energy sources.

Mr. Oros has been a pioneer on a number of alternative fuel projects and has extensive contacts throughout the auto and utility industries. His business relationships include government and private environmental interest groups and other state and federal agencies associated with the alternative fuel industry.

Mr. Oros has founded several companies in the alternative fuels area including Fuel Cell Infrastructure, Inc., a research and development group focusing on hydrogen storage and fueling systems; and Electric Vehicle Infrastructure, Inc., the leader in conductive charging systems for electric vehicles.

Mr. Oros has a background in mechanical engineering. His broad experience in the initial implementation of alternative-fueled programs makes him a valuable addition to the Altergy Team.
